Horrible service. Started my car when I clearly stated it had 0 oil pressure. Never checked the oil filter for metal particulate and quoted me for a whole new engine after 15 mins of diagnostics that further damaged my engine. Drove my car into the shop knowing it wasn’t getting oil pressure. If I had video footage I’d be on the phone with a lawyer

Wantz Chevrolet is top notch for us! This is our fourth vehicle bought there. Marvin Glass sold us our 1987 Chevrolet Caprice, then our 1997 Chevrolet Lumina and then our 2007 Chevrolet Impala. This time James T. Wantz sold us our 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer. He was spectacular and we give him a 100% satisfaction. The entire Wantz family is just the best. Adam was very helpful in getting me good pricing on the tires we needed. It did take 3 days to get my car back (not really a big deal because I understand parts need to be ordered and shipped now a days) My biggest issue was that the technician that replaced our tires had grease or very dirty hands and there were hand prints all over my rims. I would have expected the rims to be cleaned before returning the car to the customer. For me that's poor customer services and I hope that Wantz will train their technicians to clean up after a service.

Hello. I brought my Silverado 1500 4cyl in for "scheduled maintenance" at 60,000 miles and I am happy with the service I received, but I am am wondering when brake fluid service needed? When does the transmission fluid need to be changed? Are these part of the 60,000 service?
